TO BE OR NOT TO BE NAKED — THAT IS THE QUESTION!

The first time I was strolling around the Sauna-nude-area of a wellness hotel has troubled me with experiencing a tremendous liberation within my whole existence, feeling rather in comfort than in shame. I felt more vibrant and alive in my own skin, with other relaxed and like-minded-people, entirely free from sexual tension or judgment. Seeing men and women in different body types, in all size and proportion, with hair or without or trimmed at ease — left me amazed.

I could not help but wonder if this is the clothes that are separating us so far apart from each other leaving us alone to hide our natural body under the layers of insecurity and inadequacy? Or is this the modern society that made a big taboo out of nakedness by handicapping us to embrace our perfect imperfections within ourselves? What if being naked was more of a common and natural experience rather than a trigger to our sex drives and an obsession for pornography? Perhaps, we could transcend human restrictions and live a more soulful life, while learning to accept and love our body shapes.

I have a question for you!

How often do you walk around your home, reading, sleeping, eating and doing the dishes or absolutely nothing just normally naked in your natural habitat without questioning yourself?

If it has never or rarely happened, are you ready to give it a go to realize how empowering it feels, how peerless your body really is and how wrong you have been about your self-perceived flaws with all your little scars and big differences, which make you a beautiful and charismatic person?

Grab a pen and an empty sheet — sit down, take your time and contemplate your naked body in a mirror. No rush — you are making a masterpiece!

Think about it!

Until the next time,

Ciao.
